Chengbiao (Alan) Jin has extensive work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Chengbiao (Alan) began their career at Oracle in 2003, where they held the position of Sr. Software Development Manager, Internationalization for nearly 16 years. In this role, they were responsible for managing software development projects and ensuring internationalization standards were met.

In 2018, Jin joined TigerGraph as the Director of Engineering, Product Quality. Chengbiao (Alan) continues to leverage their expertise in software development and quality assurance to lead and drive the company's product quality initiatives. Their contributions are vital to the success and growth of TigerGraph.

Chengbiao (Alan) Jin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Fudan University in 2000. Chengbiao (Alan) then pursued further education at the same university and completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science in 2003.
