Nur Hidayah Abdul Hamid

Nur Hidayah Abdul Hamid has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and project management. Nur Hidayah started their career in 2014 as a Service Desk Analyst at Global Enterprise International Malaysia (A Member of Singtel Group), where they provided 1st level support for IT-related issues. In 2017, they joined Dattel as an Executive, Platform and Applications, where they supported system and mobile applications, analyzed IT issues, and provided 1st level support for end users. Nur Hidayah also worked as a Project Management Executive, gathering requirements, planning timelines, monitoring project progress, and conducting manual testing. In 2022, they joined MYREN Network Sdn Bhd as a Business Analyst, where they gathered requirements, liaised with stakeholders, monitored project progress using JIRA, and conducted user acceptance testing. Presently, they are working at tigerlab as a Junior Business Analyst.

Nur Hidayah Abdul Hamid earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, studying from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Nur Hidayah obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2021.
