Denise Berg

Denise Berg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Denise began their career in 2004 at Sanford Health, where they held various positions such as Administrative Fellow/Project Specialist, Director of Clinic Operations, Financial Analyst, Medical Underwriter, and Billing Manager. In 2014, they joined Meta Payment Systems as a Project Manager, where they remained until 2019. During this time, they transitioned to MetaBank and served as a Scrum Master/Agile Team Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they work at Tigerpaw Software as a Scrum Master.

Denise Berg's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota. Denise also pursued higher education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Health Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Denise has achieved several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Denise obtained the certification of Certified LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company in June 2021. Prior to this, they obtained the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2019. In September 2016, they earned the Certified Scrum Master certification from the same institution. Denise further expanded their expertise in Scrum by obtaining the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) - ScrumMaster certification in June 2021. Additionally, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in June 2017. Denise also holds the certification of Scrum Foundations Educator, obtained from Scrum Alliance in June 2021.
