Suzy Kratochvil

Suzy Kratochvil has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Suzy is the Owner and Consultant at Kratochvil Consulting since April 2011, where they provide consulting services. At Tigerpaw Software, they held multiple roles including Human Resources Manager, Vice President of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and Director of Training and Implementation from August 2011 to present.

Suzy also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from January 2015 to August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at First Data Corporation as the Director of Client Education Services from May 1990 to March 2011. Suzy began their career as the Training Director at First Federal Savings and Loan in Council Bluffs, IA from September 1986 to May 1990.

Suzy Kratochvil has a Master of Science in Education (MSED) from the University of Southern California. Suzy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from Creighton University. In terms of secondary education, they attended Duchesne Academy of The Sacred Heart. Additionally, Suzy Kratochvil obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 1990.
