Jorge Carrillo

Jorge Carrillo has extensive experience in quality management within the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Tighitco Aerospace since July 2013, Jorge leads quality assurance and continuous improvement departments, overseeing a team of 12 engineers and 51 direct employees while engaging with customers and managing regulatory audits. Prior to this role, Jorge worked as Quality Coordinator at Jabil from September 2005 to June 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating PPAP for automotive clients, implementing quality controls in LED lamp production, and resolving quality issues at customer facilities. Earlier experience includes a position as Quality Engineer at Emerson Appliance Controls, where contributions involved developing corrective actions for major clients and launching products from overseas.
