Matthew Reid CMQ/OE, PMP has extensive experience in contracts, compliance, and quality control management. Matthew served as the Vice President of Contracts & Compliance at TIGHITCO, Inc. and held leadership roles at Kaman Composite Structures and Kaman Composites-Wichita, Inc. Matthew also worked at Goodrich Cabin Systems, Inc. as a Quality Control Manager and Quality Process Analyst.

Matthew Reid CMQ/OE, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University. Matthew also completed certificate programs in Composite Engineering Technology and Welding Technology at Butler Community College. In 2009-2011, they received a Designee designation in Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative from the Federal Aviation Administration. Additionally, they hold certifications in various quality management areas from the American Society for Quality and is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
