Nikita Herrod

Nikita Herrod is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at TIGHITCO, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nikita spent over six years at CoorsTek, Inc. in various HR positions, culminating as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Throughout the career, Nikita has focused on creating a positive workplace culture, developing leadership skills, and enhancing employee engagement through recognition programs, mentorship, and well-being initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Staffmark, the City of Little Rock, Target, Aldi, and a service in the U.S. Air Force as a Medical Technician. Nikita holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University.
