Shawn Hawks

Shawn Hawks has a vast work experience starting from 1997 at Cessna Aircraft Company as a Value Stream Leader. Shawn progressed through various roles at Cessna, Textron, before joining Zodiac Aerospace as a Senior Director of Operations. Shawn later worked at 3one6 Logistics as CEO/Owner, Cash Processing Solutions as General Manager, and recently at Kaman Aerospace Corporation as a General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at TIGHITCO, Inc.

Shawn Hawks attended Friends University from 1999 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management & Leadership. Shawn later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Newman University, with a focus on Organizational Leadership. In 2022, Shawn began another MBA program at Newman University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
