Molly Fisher

Molly Fisher has over 10 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Project Manager at Tighten. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Primitive in two roles: Product Owner and Client Ally. In their Product Owner role, they facilitated product roadmapping for custom-built software, including client communication on feature requests, new modules, and issue management. In their Client Ally role, they worked directly with clients to grow their audience through online, inbound marketing. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at the Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering at Texas Tech University in two roles: Unit Coordinator, Enrichment & Diversity Services and Administrative Assistant. In their Unit Coordinator role, they assisted with recruitment and retention efforts for the Whitacre College of Engineering, including recruiting underrepresented students to pursue engineering and establishing programming to engage students during their academic career. In their Administrative Assistant role, they were the first point of contact for the Dean's Office, working with students, parents and faculty walk-ins, managing appointments, and answering the phone. Finally, from 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Resident Assistant at St. Edward's University, where they created community within the residence halls and apartments, organized events and programs, and enforced university guidelines.

Molly Fisher received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Religious and Theological Studies from St.Edward's University between 2009 and 2013. Molly also received certifications from Lynda.com, HubSpot Academy, LinkedIn, and HubSpot, including Design Aesthetics for the Web, Delivering Client Success, Neil Blumenthal on Branding, Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Inbound Certification between 2016 and 2017.
