Helen Lynam

Helen Lynam has extensive experience in nutritional therapy and related fields, currently serving as a Supervisor at the Centre for Practitioner Development (CPD-UK) since September 2020 and as a Nutritional Therapist at NutrEATion since January 2006. Additionally, Helen holds the position of Performance Specialist at TIGNUM GMBH since September 2018 and previously worked as a Nutritional Therapist and Director of Nutrition at The Optimum Health Clinic from December 2010 to October 2022. Helen's academic contributions include being a Module Leader and Supervisor at CNELM, where courses taught include Investigative Pathology 1 and Nutraceuticals and Pharmaceuticals. Helen's editorial experience includes serving as a joint sub-editor for The Nutrition Practitioner Journal from 2008 to May 2015. Prior to a career in nutrition, Helen worked in engineering with British Airways from 1988 to 2006 and holds a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from Middlesex University as well as a BSc in Engineering from Durham University.
