Shizhennan Luan is a quantitative analyst at Tigress Financial Partners since September 2018, where responsibilities include validating alpha drivers for S&P 500 companies, utilizing a proprietary EVA model for economic profit analysis, and publishing research on companies such as Citrix and Akamai. Prior experience includes trading for an $80 million portfolio at Yongzhi Assets Co. Ltd, successfully mitigating risks during market fluctuations, and conducting quantitative analysis for portfolio strategies. Roles as a researcher and project intern involved data migration, trend analysis, and coaching on analytical models. Shizhennan Luan holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Fudan University.
