Hemanth Kumar Polani is an experienced software engineering professional, currently serving as Software Engineering Director at TIH since May 2023. Previously, Hemanth held various leadership roles at BenefitMall, including Lead in Application Development and Senior Lead Software Engineer, from October 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, positions included Software Developer at Caliber Home Loans, Lead System Specialist at Verizon, and Technology Lead at Cox Communications, among others. Hemanth's career began at Wipro Technologies as Module Lead, following an academic foundation in Computer Software Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology and Bharathiar University.
