Mike Mendez

Mike Mendez currently serves as Vice President and Commercial Insurance Broker at McGriff since December 2014, while also working as a Business Insurance Agent for BB&T Insurance Services Inc. in the Virginia and West Virginia markets, specializing in property and casualty insurance. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Fastenal from April 2008 to October 2014 and as Manager at Outback Steakhouse from 2000 to 2006, where valuable skills in customer service, time management, and food management were developed. Mike Mendez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University, and is a graduate of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber Leadership Class.
