Sandra Barbour

Sandra Barbour has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and National Operations Leader at Truist Insurance Holdings, Inc. since October 2018. Previously, Sandra held various leadership roles at BB&T Insurance Holdings, Inc., contributing to operations as the Senior Vice President of Operations from February 1980 to May 2020, and overseeing business processes, policy implementation, and employee development. Early career experience includes client service and sales roles at BB&T Insurance Services Inc. from 1980 to 1999. Sandra is a graduate of T C Roberson High School, class of 1977.
