Flora Alter

Flora ALTER is a seasoned professional in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Directrice ESG at Sofidy and Head of ESG for Real Estate at Tikehau Capital since November 2021, Flora has a strong background in sustainability. Previous roles include Responsable RSE and Ingénieure Développement Durable at ALTAREA from April 2011 to June 2021, where Flora led the development and implementation of key environmental strategies and initiatives. Flora's expertise also includes work as a senior consultant at BIO Intelligence Service from October 2009 to April 2011, focusing on assisting companies with their environmental strategies. Flora holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA and an engineering degree from ESTP - Grande école d'ingénieurs de la construction.
