François L. is a seasoned financial expert and project manager specializing in European Union funding programs, with extensive experience at the European Commission since November 2001. Currently serving as a Financial Expert for the Innovation Fund (CINEA), François evaluates large-scale projects across multiple countries, including Belgium and Spain. As the founder and president of Marketkaps and Marketkom, François coordinates Horizon Europe and Eurostars projects, consults on R&D initiatives, and provides operating advisory services to start-ups and SMEs. Additional roles include serving as an expert auditor for EUREKA and various EU programs, and as a French Foreign Trade Advisor, promoting international strategies for French companies.
