Janis Katindig

Janis Katindig is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at tiket.com since January 2023, Janis previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Amartha from August 2019 to March 2020. As a Co-Founder and CEO at Conext Indonesia from September 2015 to July 2019, Janis led a recruitment agency specializing in digital media and e-commerce, boasting a pool of over 29,000 candidates. Additional roles include Human Resources Director for Inditex Indonesia and various managerial positions at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, and L'Oreal Indonesia. Janis began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Consult Group and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Idaho State University.
