Nicolas Escobar has a diverse range of experience across various roles in the hospitality and photography sectors. Currently serving as a Busser at Tiki's Grill & Bar since 2019, Nicolas has also been a Photographer at Esconik Photography since March 2016. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Head Concierge at Somerset House Condominium Inc from July 2010 to May 2019. Nicolas pursued education at Montgomery College from 2014 to 2019 and attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2010 to 2012.

Tiki's Grill & Bar
Tiki's Grill & Bar is Waikiki's locally owned and operated independent restaurant destination. Tiki's provides a casual American and Pacific-Rim menu with flavors of the islands, using fresh local produce. Tiki’s offers lanai seating with beautiful sunsets on Kuhio Beach. The restaurant appeals to residents and visitors alike and draws the late-night crowd with live contemporary Hawaiian entertainment every evening. Tiki's is consistently touted as "the place" for local people to take theirs visitors when they come to Oahu. Since opening in 2002, Tiki's has won numerous awards, including the prestigious Hale Aina Award voted on by the readers of Honolulu Magazine, and the Ilima Award, voted on by readers of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser. In 2012, Tiki's was honored with the "Best Of Honolulu" award from Honolulu Magazine for having the best kids' menu!
