Pieta-Aili Bergström

Pieta-Aili Bergström is an experienced development engineer currently employed at PPG since March 2021. Prior to this role, Pieta-Aili worked at Imerys Performance Additives, holding various positions including Process Engineer, Product Manager, and Pilot Plant Manager from June 2017 to September 2020. At Nordkalk Corporation, from April 2007 to May 2017, Pieta-Aili served as Supply Chain Manager, Operations Planning Manager, Site Manager, Plant Manager, and Development Engineer, where significant contributions were made to demand and supply planning processes and business planning tools. Earlier career experiences include roles at Kemira Oyj as a research assistant, Rio Tinto Group as an R&D trainee, Rautaruukki Oyj as an R&D trainee, and CPS Color as a colourant production worker. Pieta-Aili holds a Master of Science in Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
