Alejandro Grande Pérez has a solid work experience history. Alejandro began their career as a Graduate Research Intern at IMDEA Nanociencia in 2017, where they worked on their Bachelor Final Project. In this role, they focused on developing "Bio-inspired Antireflective Photocatalytic Surfaces" and achieved excellent results.

Alejandro Grande Pérez completed their Master's in Industrial Management from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2017. In 2016, Alejandro participated in an Erasmus program at the Delft University of Technology, specializing in Materials Science & Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Global Lean in October 2021.
