Alejandro Grande Pérez

Alejandro Grande Pérez has a solid work experience history. Alejandro began their career as a Graduate Research Intern at IMDEA Nanociencia in 2017, where they worked on their Bachelor Final Project. In this role, they focused on developing "Bio-inspired Antireflective Photocatalytic Surfaces" and achieved excellent results.

Following their internship, Alejandro joined Hexcel Corporation in 2017 as a Process and Quality Engineer Intern. Alejandro then progressed to the role of Quality Project Engineer, where they demonstrated their dedication to maintaining high-quality standards. Later, they became a Continuous Improvement Engineer, refining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

In 2020, Alejandro joined Talgo as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, where they continued applying their expertise in streamlining operations and optimizing performance.

Most recently, Alejandro has been working at tiko Energy Solutions as a Continuous Improvement Engineer - HEMS Operations since mid-2022. Alejandro has now taken on the role of Head of Product Operations, demonstrating their growth and leadership capabilities.

Alejandro Grande Pérez completed their Master's in Industrial Management from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2017. In 2016, Alejandro participated in an Erasmus program at the Delft University of Technology, specializing in Materials Science & Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Global Lean in October 2021.
