Maxime Droubi

Maxime Droubi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Maxime is currently working as a Program Management Officer at Tiko Energy Solutions since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Lead of Product Development at Toradex from January 2021 to July 2022.

In 2018, Maxime founded Fiduly, an Agile FinTech Start-up based at EPFL innovation park, where they developed software for financial and accounting services. Maxime led the company until July 2022.

Before that, Maxime co-founded UpTasker in 2016, where they served as the Co-founder and CTO until December 2018. Maxime also worked as a Project Manager at Spinark from 2013 to August 2016.

Maxime's experience also includes working as a Product Director at My Sollars from 2011 to April 2013. Additionally, they pursued an MBA at IMD in 2010, which is ranked as the number 2 MBA in the world by The Economist.

Earlier in their career, Maxime worked as a Project Manager at SAGEMCOM from September 2007 to December 2009, and as a Quality Manager at Apside Technologies from August 2005 to August 2007. Maxime began their career as a System Software Engineer at Atos Origin in 2003.

Maxime Droubi began their education by completing a Master's degree in Telecom Engineering at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 1994 to 1999. Following this, from 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Master's degree in Multimedia communications at EURECOM. In 2010, Maxime attended IMD for a short duration, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and General Management. Additionally, in March 2003, they obtained a certification in Cisco CCNP from Cisco.
