Customer Success Specialist at Tiko

Carmen Gonzalez has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Carmen began their career as a Customer Service Representative at idealista, followed by an Onboarding Specialist at Uala Iberia in 2020. Later that same year, they became a LATAM Channel Sales Specialist @kaspersky at Expandi Group, where they helped the Business Development and Partnerships team grow within the world’s top vendors of security solutions for end users. In 2021, they took on two roles, first as a Gestor de cuentas at Sending Transporte y Logística and then as an Especialista en desarrollo de negocios at comerzzia. Carmen currently holds the role of Customer Success Specialist at Tiko, which they began in 2022.

Carmen Gonzalez obtained their Licenciatura in Administration and Management of Businesses, General from UNISEPE Faculdades Integradas do Vale do Ribeira between 2003 and 2006.
