Lara Usero

Lara Usero has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and retail sales. Currently serving as a People & Culture Intern at Tiko since June 2021, Lara focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals and enhancing employee development. Previously, Lara worked at Soloptical as a Commercial de óptica, where responsibilities included customer advisory, sales strategy development, and inventory management. Additionally, during a tenure at American Vintage Groupe as Assistant Retail Sales Manager, Lara demonstrated skills in team leadership, customer engagement, and sales reporting. Educational qualifications include a Degree in Human Resources: Strategy, Innovation and Leadership from Nuclio Digital School (2023-2024), a Degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (2018-2023), and a Higher Level Vocational Training in Early Childhood Education from I.E.S Jimena Menéndez Pidal (2012-2014).
