Andrew Gan

Andrew Gan is a seasoned professional in community management and gaming operations, currently serving as the Gaming Operations Lead and Head of Community for TikTok in Malaysia since September 2021. In this role, Andrew has been instrumental in developing the TikTok Community's business focus and operational framework tailored for the Malaysian market. Prior to TikTok, Andrew was a Special Project Associate at ESPL Esports Players League, where management of a robust community and successful user acquisition initiatives were key responsibilities. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor in Communication (HONS) with a focus on Public Relations from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and A-level studies in Business from Sultan Abdul Hamid College.
