Fredrik Timell

Fredrik Timell is an experienced public policy professional currently serving as Public Policy Manager for Sweden at TikTok since September 2024. Prior to this role, Fredrik held various positions at Lime from May 2021 to September 2024, including Director of Public Policy for the Nordics, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Fredrik's career also includes experience as a Public Affairs Consultant at A Beautiful Soup and Six Year Plan AB, where strategic advice was provided to clients on political dynamics. Fredrik co-founded Roots Business Powered Communication AB as a Communications Consultant and operated a consultancy focused on business development. Earlier roles include Sales Coordinator at Nepa and freelance work in educational publishing, complemented by foundational experience in insurance sales. Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Finance and Business Administration and Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University, respectively.
