Kengo Nishimura

Kengo Nishimura is an experienced public policy and government relations professional currently serving as the Head of Public Policy and Government Relations for TikTok in Japan since October 2024. Previously, Kengo held the position of Director of Public Policy & Government Relations at Uber from September 2020 to August 2024 and led Government and Community Relations at Wynn Resorts for nearly a year. Kengo also worked as Head of Government & Community Relations at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Japan and served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, focusing on policy advocacy in cold chain logistics operations. Kengo Nishimura holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Tokyo.
