Krishna Gupta

Krishna Gupta is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Leader for TikTok APAC Trust & Safety since August 2023. The role focuses on ensuring safety and empowerment within the global community of TikTok's applications. Prior to TikTok, Krishna held the position of Director of Human Resources at OnePlus from December 2018 to July 2023, and served as Lead HR for Recruitment and Operations at Huawei Technologies from December 2016 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes working as Assistant Manager for Human Resources at Sopra Steria and as Lead for Human Resources, Recruitment, and Analytics at WNS Global Services. Krishna Gupta holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Ranchi University, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Ranchi University, and a Master’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
