Lacey Rainwater

Lacey Rainwater has a diverse background in legal and equity-focused roles, having served in multiple capacities at the University of Southern California, including Interim Director, Deputy Coordinator for Investigation and Resolution, and Assistant Director within the Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX. Lacey also has experience as an Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins, LTL Attorneys LLP, and Matern Law Group, PC. Currently, Lacey is involved with TikTok in the Ethics Office, contributing to the organization's commitment to ethical practices.
