Lauren Qiang

Lauren Qiang is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner in E-Commerce at TikTok since January 2024. Previously, Lauren held roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Meta from February 2021 to June 2023 and as a Technical Recruiter at Google from December 2018 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Operation Specialist and an APAC Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from October 2015 to March 2018. Lauren also completed an internship as an Operation Intern at Walt Disney World in 2015. Academically, Lauren is pursuing a Diploma of Education in Counselling at Gestalt Centre London from September 2023 to July 2026 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Shanghai Customs College, earned in January 2016.
