Lucia Zhang is a Site Reliability Engineer at TikTok since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in software development and system reliability. Previously, Lucia worked as a Software DevOps/SRE at OffWorld, where significant achievements included architecting a robot deployment pipeline that reduced development time and leading automation efforts to enhance configuration management.
