Qing Luo is currently the Americas Lead for Monetization Integrity Strategy at TikTok/Bytedance. Previously, they held the position of Head of Strategy for Americas Monetization Integrity at TikTok in 2022. Prior to that, Qing served as a Business Integrity Associate at Facebook from 2018 to 2020 and as a Manager in Global Commercial Risk Management at American Express from 2015 to 2018, where they focused on commercial loan products and gained expertise in machine learning and credit risk management. Qing also studied at Cornell University from 2014 to 2015.
