Raffaella Bottini Vieira is an experienced sales and business development professional currently serving as the Head of Sales SMB Latam at TikTok since November 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to expand the platform's presence in Latin America. Previously, Raffaella held various leadership roles including Brazil SMB Country Head at TikTok, Director of New Business Development at BovControl, and Director of People Operations & Analytics at Nuvemshop. Raffaella co-founded CoPai and liBertha, NGOs focused on advocating for paternity leave and supporting women in leadership, respectively. Raffaella's career began in agrochemicals sales at Dow AgroSciences and includes significant experience at Google, where a strong focus was placed on customer acquisition and digital marketing for small businesses.
