Rajesh Jakotia

Rajesh Jakotia is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering support and systems reliability. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Support at TikTok since August 2021, Rajesh also manages the NOC team at U.S. TikTok and has a history of roles including Production System Engineer. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Vudu - Movies & TV as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Linux System Administrator, where responsibilities involved ensuring the uptime of services and deploying production code. Previous positions at Cisco Systems and Walgreens focused on system administration and infrastructure support, including projects on server virtualization and disaster recovery. Rajesh holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Valparaiso University.
