Shangqi Yang

Shangqi (Todd) Yang is a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in backend and data platform development. Currently employed at TikTok since November 2024, Shangqi previously served as a tech lead at Kargo from November 2022 to November 2024, focusing on backend and data systems. Prior roles include working at Meta on OAuth flows and the graph API, contributing to Walmart eCommerce with a messaging platform and customer onboarding, and developing client relationship management applications at Brisea Group, Inc. An engineering internship at ABB provided early exposure to the field.
