Shawn Wu

Shawn Wu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a global HR initiative and strategy role at TikTok since February 2018. With a strong focus on talent strategy, Shawn has led HR business partner teams supporting TikTok's expansion in the Americas and Australia. Prior to TikTok, Shawn held HRBP positions at ByteDance and Cheetah Mobile, and worked as an HR specialist at WE Career Inc. Additionally, an internship at Shanghai Disney Resort involved campus relations and recruitment marketing. Shawn holds a Master's Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's Degree from Southeast University.
