Thelma Costa

Thelma Costa possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as a Latam HRBP at eProductivity Software since January 2022, where responsibilities include strategic HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, training, and internal communication. Prior to this role, Thelma was an HRBP at EFI from March 2013 to January 2022, engaging in similar HR initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at BV Financeira and as an HR Analyst at Integration Consulting. Thelma holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo and has furthered professional development through certifications in Coaching and Mentoring from Integrated Coaching Institute, as well as education from FGV and Escola Conquer.
