Theo Laguercia has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having served as an HR Business Partner for EMEA at TikTok from June 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading recruiting operations and project management. Prior to this role, Theo worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Elite Associates in the luxury fashion sector and gained foundational experience at Selfridges, providing HR support, conducting interviews, supporting payroll, and facilitating learning and development for new team members. Theo's education includes studies at ITN CARNARO and a brief period at St. Hilda's College, Oxford University.
