Tiffany Cheng is a Talent Acquisition Partner at TikTok, responsible for hiring talent for the Engineering - Privacy and Security teams across various roles in the US since March 2021. Prior to TikTok, Tiffany served as an Operations Coordinator at Perfect Medics Inc. and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Tiffany also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Reborn Cabinets and worked as a Barista at Nordstrom from 2015 to 2018. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, an Associate of Arts in Psychology and General Studies from El Camino College, and is currently participating in an exchange program in Psychology at Utrecht University.
