Tyler has driven large-scale support transformations at TikTok and Amazon, specializing in redesigning service journeys through data and user feedback. With a strong background in social media content creation and marketing, Tyler co-founded a successful eCommerce venture and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of London. Currently, Tyler leads the experience operations team at TikTok for the APAC region.
