John Teo is currently the Knowledge Management and Training Program Manager for Global E-Commerce at TikTok and previously served as a Global Trainer in Trust & Safety at the same company from 2022 to 2026. With a strong background in training and facilitation, they managed the operations of the Code for Fun program at IMDA and have experience as a facilitator at Adventure Education LLP. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from RMIT University and a Diploma from Temasek Polytechnic. They are also a Certified Advanced Behavioural Consultant in the DISC PeopleKeys® System and a Certified Behavioural Consultant from The Institute for Motivational Living.
