Yossi Refaelov is a seasoned entrepreneur and security expert, serving as the Founder and CEO of YR: Global BD & Projects Group since August 2012. In addition, Yossi founded and holds the position of Chairman at ESG: Engineering Solutions Group and YR LUXURY: Luxury Investments, both established in 2013 and 2016, respectively. Yossi also leads TIKVA (R.A): Non-Profit Foundation as Founder and Chairman since 2017. Prior experience includes the role of Defense Attaché to India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka at the Israeli Ministry of Defense from 2009 to 2012 and Security Director to Russia and CIS at the Shabak - Israeli Security Agency from 2001 to 2004. Yossi Refaelov's academic credentials include a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, as well as various degrees in law, economics, national defense, and international relations from prominent Israeli institutions.
