Antony Hemley

Antony Hemley is a highly experienced commercial manager with a strong background in quantity surveying, currently serving at Tilbury Douglas since January 2017. Prior to this role, Antony held positions at Black & Veatch Limited as a senior project quantity surveyor for the Thames Water AMP5 Lot B Framework, and at Dutco Balfour Beatty, managing projects like the Sheikh Zayed Road Interchange 5. Antony also worked as a senior quantity surveyor at Dean and Dyball Construction Ltd, focusing on a clean water pumping station upgrade and flood protection project, and began a career at Interserve Project Services, progressing from assistant to senior quantity surveyor on various infrastructure projects. Antony is an alumnus of the University of Reading.
