Rory Edwards

Rory Edwards is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems and services management. Currently serving as HR Systems and Services Manager at Tilbury Douglas since August 2021, Rory previously held the position of Human Resources Consultant at MHR for a brief period in early 2021. Prior to this, Rory developed expertise in HR systems at Canterbury Christ Church University from June 2016 to December 2020, where roles included HR Systems Advisor and HR Project Manager focusing on iTrent implementation. Rory began the HR career as a Recruitment Assistant at Kent Police in late 2015. Academically, Rory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Chichester, earned between 2011 and 2014.
