Stephen Dale

Stephen Dale serves as the Regional SHE Manager (North) at Tilbury Douglas since November 2014, overseeing safety, health, and environmental responsibilities for major construction and infrastructure projects across Scotland, the North-East, North-West, and Yorkshire. Previous roles include Divisional SHE Manager at Hargreaves (UK) Services, focusing on health, safety, and environmental expertise in the Energy and Commodities division, and Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for Connaught PLC, where regional safety plans and KPI programmes were developed. Earlier experience includes positions as Environmental Manager at Wates and Ballast Plc, as well as an Environmental Officer role at Tilcon Ltd. Stephen Dale also operated as a self-employed environmental consultant prior to joining Tilbury Douglas. Educational qualifications include a 2.1 degree in Biology & Environmental Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and various certifications in health, safety, and environmental management.
