Currently at Tilda since August 2019, Michel oversees quality system maintenance, contributes to sustainable agriculture projects in India, and is involved in B-Corp certification. Previously, Michel held senior technical roles at Veetee Group and Allied Bakeries, managing certifications, developing in-house training programs, and leading technical teams while ensuring compliance with major UK retailer standards. Adept in consultancy, Michel has also worked as a freelance consultant in food safety and quality management. With a strong educational background in quality systems management and agronomy, Michel has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in product safety and quality across various sectors.
