Cole Holland has worked in the Quality Assurance (QA) field since 2007. Cole's first position was as a QA Analyst for Activision in 2007. In 2008, they moved to SWAT Solutions - SWAT Lab as a Quality Assurance Specialist II where they were the project lead, performed functional/compatibility software/hardware testing, professional interactive software testing, help desk, hardware setup/breakdown, and WHQL certification testing. Cole also strategized a 1 million dollar hardware matrix for client utilization. In 2011, they became a Quality Assurance Analyst for The Lacek Group, where they were responsible for test plan development, test process implementation, project estimation, test case management, automation, mobile testing, complete SDLC testing, loyalty marketing, interactive content testing, and data auditing. Cole also provided leadership, instruction, and training for staff. In 2013, they became the Owner-operator of SupremeQA, acting as the principal QA specialist. In 2016, they moved to Icario as a QA Manager, where they were responsible for growing the QA org from 3 to 20 team members, establishing clear processes and procedures, and testing multiple products for diverse health insurance clients. Finally, in 2020, they were hired by Tiled as their first QA Manager, tasked with growing the QA organization from the ground up through process, hiring, reporting, planning, and executing KPIs. Cole reported directly to the founders of the company, ensuring test coverage across multiple projects and revenue streams. Cole also acted as a player coach, testing alongside the team while ensuring major features and enhancements followed an ever-growing manual and automation testing process.

Cole Holland attended Brown College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Online Business.
