Silke Horakova

Silke Horakova has been working in the corporate world since 1996 when they began as a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). In 2002, they became an Investment Manager at E1CZ - Private Equity Advisor to GIMV Czech Partners. From 2008 to 2017, they were Co-Owner and Member of the Supervisory Board at Albatros Media a.s. In 2010, they began serving as an External Lecturer at the Prague University of Economics and Business (University of Economics, Prague). From 2012 to 2017, they were the CEO of the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA). In 2017, they became Co-Founder and Partner at Tilia Impact Ventures.

Silke Horakova completed their PhD in Economics from the University of Economics, Berlin (East), Institute for Economics of Developing Countries between 1985 and 1989.
