Doug Bishop has extensive work experience in quality management and process engineering. Doug worked as the Director of Supplier and Customer Quality at Tillamook County Creamery Association starting in 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Quality Systems Program Director at Schreiber Foods from 2014 to 2018, where they were responsible for designing and implementing quality management systems. From 2010 to 2014, Doug was the Quality and Regulatory Manager at Freedom Innovations. Doug also worked at Honeywell from 2007 to 2010 as the Process Engineering & Quality Manager. Before that, they held positions at Qimonda, Infineon Technologies, and Freescale Semiconductor, where they gained experience in process engineering and leadership roles.

Doug Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University. Doug attended the university from 1993 to 1997.
