Jacob MacIntyre

Jacob MacIntyre has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jacob began their career in 1994 as a Technical Engineering Support at Sentrol, Inc., where they quickly progressed to a technical staff member providing engineering support in electronic manufacturing.

Jacob then moved on to work at ADC as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, performing preventive maintenance and repair on building and electronic production equipment. Jacob also worked on general machining, welding, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

In 1997, Jacob joined Williams Controls Industries Inc as a Laboratory Technician. This role involved conducting experiments to subject internal products to various testing standards, as well as designing and fabricating test fixtures. Jacob was also responsible for maintaining and repairing laboratory equipment.

From 1999 to 2016, Jacob worked at Maxim Integrated Products. Jacob held two roles during their tenure: Process Technician/Senior Technician and Maintenance Technician. As a Process Technician, they managed the integration of cell controllers in wafer sort operations across multiple countries. Jacob also conducted software testing and development, process development, and equipment maintenance. As a Maintenance Technician, they were responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating wafer handlers and probers.

In 2014, Jacob joined PWC Technologies, Inc. as a Product Engineer. In this role, they managed manufacturing operations, contractor and vendor relations, planning, and technical customer support. Jacob was also involved in new product design, manufacturing efficiency optimization, cost analysis and savings, and technical writing.

Most recently, Jacob MacIntyre joined the Tillamook County Creamery Association in 2019 as an MES Applications Engineer. Further details about their role are not provided.

Jacob MacIntyre obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSIT, Software Development from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Portland Community College from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Automotive Technology/Electronics. Jacob also completed a Graduate program in Heavy wheel & track vehicle repair at the U.S. Army Ordnance Center & School from 1992 to 1993.
