Austin Adye, MSHRM, PHR has a diverse work experience. Austin is currently working as a People & Culture Specialist at the Tillamook County Creamery Association since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Representative at McMenamins Pubs & Breweries from September 2021 to January 2023. Austin also served as a Recruitment Coordinator at Les Schwab Tire Centers from January 2020 to July 2021.

Before their career in HR, Austin gained valuable experience as an Emergency Room Volunteer at St. Charles Health System from May 2019 to August 2019. Austin also worked as a Food Expeditor at Anthony's Restaurants from May 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, they served as a Research Assistant at Chapman University from December 2018 to May 2019.

Austin Adye has a strong educational background in the fields of business analytics and human resource management. In 2024, Austin completed a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from Bellevue University. Prior to that, in 2021, Austin earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California.

Austin's undergraduate education involved studying sociology at Chapman University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2019. Austin's high school education was completed at Bend Senior High School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 2016. During their time at Bend Senior High School, Austin focused on IB and AP courses.
